How concierge works
  1. Tell us the trip. Where, when, who's travelling, and roughly what points you hold.
  2. We search. Every airline and hotel programme your points can reach, including card transfers and partner airlines.
  3. You choose. We send you the best options, each with the points, taxes and value score.
  4. You book, with us alongside. Step-by-step instructions, or a call while you stay logged in to your own account. You pay taxes and fees straight to the airline or hotel. We never ask for your passwords.
