Terms of Service

DRAFT for solicitor review. Version 0.1, 20 October 2026. Items in [square brackets] need filling once the company is registered.

1. Who we are

Suite Seats is a trading name of [Suite Seats Ltd], a company registered in England and Wales with company number [number]. Our registered office is [address]. ICO registration number: [number]. You can contact us at hello@suiteseats.co.uk.

2. What Suite Seats does and does not do

2.1 Suite Seats is an information, search, alert and advice service. It helps you find award seats and hotel stays you can book with your own loyalty points, and shows you how much value you get per point.

2.2 We do not sell flights, hotels or holidays. You book directly with the airline, hotel or loyalty programme, using your own account. Your booking contract is with them, not with us. Their terms, fees, taxes and change rules apply.

2.3 Because we do not sell travel, your bookings are not ATOL-protected through us, and the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 do not apply to our service.

2.4 Award availability changes by the minute. A seat or room shown or alerted may be gone by the time you try to book. We do not guarantee that any award will be available, or that a programme will honour a published price.

2.5 Value scores, cash comparisons and points valuations are estimates to help you decide. They are not financial advice.

3. Your account

3.1 You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.

3.2 You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password secure.

3.3 Never give us your airline or hotel programme passwords. We will never ask for them. Points balances can be entered by hand or imported read-only where a programme allows it.

4. Plans and prices

4.1 We offer a free plan (Explorer) and paid plans (Voyager and Globetrotter), billed monthly or annually. Current prices, features and limits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. All prices include VAT where it applies.

4.2 Before you pay, we show you: the price, how often you'll be charged, the total for the first contract period, when it renews, and how to cancel.

4.3 Free trials and introductory offers. If you start a free or discounted trial, we will remind you before it turns into a paid plan, and tell you the price you'll pay. If you do nothing, your plan will start at that price on the date shown.

4.4 Renewal. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We remind you before each renewal of an annual plan, and at least every 6 months for monthly plans, with the price and how to cancel.

4.5 Founding member pricing. If you joined as a founding member, your discount lasts for as long as your plan stays active without a break.

4.6 If we change the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Cancelling

5.1 You can cancel online at any time in Account > Billing, in a few clicks. You can also email hello@suiteseats.co.uk.

5.2 14-day cooling-off. You can cancel within 14 days of:

  • first subscribing,
  • a free or discounted trial turning into a paid plan, and
  • an annual plan renewing.

If you cancel in these windows, we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you used the paid service.

5.3 Outside the cooling-off windows, cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.

5.4 We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, for example by scraping, reselling our data or sharing logins. We will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach was serious.

6. Fair use

You may use Suite Seats for your own and your household's travel only. You must not:

  • scrape, copy or resell our data or alerts,
  • use bots or automated tools against the service,
  • use Suite Seats to buy, sell or broker loyalty points, which breaks most programme rules.

7. Third parties and affiliate links

Some links take you to partners such as hotel booking sites. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and we label these links. We are not responsible for partners' services. We don't take payment for where results appear in our search.

8. Our responsibility to you

8.1 We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

8.2 We are not responsible for:

  • decisions made by airlines, hotels or loyalty programmes, including devaluations, schedule changes, cancellations or account closures,
  • awards that disappear before you book, or
  • losses that were not foreseeable.

8.3 Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.

8.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing affects your statutory rights.

9. Complaints

Email hello@suiteseats.co.uk. Our complaints policy explains what happens next.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply to you.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
